Chief Meeting Experience Director

As a highly skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our conference and banqueting facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise availability and maximise client satisfaction through effective planning and delivery of services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand event requirements and preferences.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of conferences, banquets, and events, including meeting space, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the execution phases of events.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in conference, banqueting, and events management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be results-driven, able to work independently and in a team, and have previous supervisor experience in C&B/F&B.
