Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in our team. As a key member of the pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare professionals, including medication therapy management and patient education.
Conduct medication reviews and develop treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and improve patient safety.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance pharmacy practice and patient care.
Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and technicians to promote professional growth and development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Registration with the relevant pharmaceutical society or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
