Pharmacist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Specialist Pharmacist to join our team in Waterford. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a transformation programme for the pharmacy service, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pharmacotherapy strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on medication management.
• Contribute to the development of policies and guidelines related to pharmacotherapy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.

This role is based at UPMC Whitfield Hospital in Waterford, and the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
