We are seeking a talented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores run smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary goal will be to create a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at our store. You will work across different shift times, on varied tasks, and with different colleagues to achieve this goal.
As a customer-facing representative, you will be required to sell alcohol, so you must be 18 or over to work in our store. Your daily responsibilities may include restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting customers with queries on the shop floor.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to contribute to the success of our store by identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggesting solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A competitive hourly rate rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years
- Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am)
- 20 days holidays per annum pro rata
- Company pension after 1 year
