A Global IT Leader: IT Officer Position

Dublin is home to our large international client, a leading organisation in the industry. We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join their office, fully onsite.
The successful candidate will manage a team of assistants in the IT department and implement unified communication solutions across business offices in Ireland.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of IT professionals
- Implement and maintain unified communication solutions
- Work closely with meeting room technology, telecoms support, and mobile support teams
- Ensure seamless audio and video codec operations
- Supervise and manage IT staff to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems
- Technical background and experience with unified communications solutions
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of MTR solutions, audio and video codecs, and meeting room technology
