Job Title:

A Senior Software Architect position is available in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing and maintaining software solutions using industry-leading technologies. They should be able to lead a team of engineers, collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and robust software architectures, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop new features and functionalities, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and feedback to foster skill development and growth.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and advocate for continuous integration and delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable systems.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and data structures, with experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging technical problems with creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
