Implementing operational policies and customer service standards.
Leading the team to achieve business objectives, ensuring trading safety and legal compliance.
Maximising sales by analysing data and anticipating customer needs.
Maintaining stock accuracy and promoting product choice to drive sales.
Monitoring cost base variations and implementing changes.
Setting and enforcing department brand standards.
Ensuring department compliance with layouts and adjacencies.
Training and coaching team members on sales, product availability and customer service.
