Job Role: Human Resources Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee records, both physical and digital, to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, applicant screening, and onboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate employee inductions, including offer letters, contract packs, and training schedules, to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Liaise with payroll to guarantee accurate setup and termination of employees, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Process employee leave requests and track entitlements to minimize disruptions to the work environment.
  • Maintain health and safety training records and issue necessary documentation to support compliance.
  • Participate in HR projects and attend meetings as required to contribute to the organization's success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in human resources or office management.
  • Hold a third-level qualification in human resources or an office management discipline.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Alkimii software, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
