Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Finance team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will engage in a range of finance law matters, including corporate lending mandates, leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, fund finance arrangements, and direct lending deals.

The candidate will play a key role in advising market-leading clients on high-profile deals. The candidate will also contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

  • 1-4 years PQE;
  • A strong background in finance law and corporate lending is highly advantageous;
  • Outstanding academic credentials;
  • Technical expertise;
  • A willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
