**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of product presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Store Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the store, including managing inventory, implementing planograms, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Management: Lead by example, develop and promote good communication among team members, and foster a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Set and achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and resolve any customer complaints efficiently.
**Requirements**
  • Experience: 2 years in a relevant position is desirable.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), experience balancing cash/tills, excellent communication skills, good delegation skills, and highly driven with a strong work ethic.
