Leading a team of professionals is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute significantly to the success of the organization. The role of Corporate Tax Manager requires exceptional delegation skills, prioritization, and strong relationships with clients.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver corporation tax services to high profile clients across a broad portfolio by utilizing your expertise in UK, Irish, and corporate taxation.
  • Manage the delivery of tax projects and teams effectively, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Contribute to winning new business through existing and new clients by leveraging your professional network and expertise.

As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for reporting directly to Partners and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate
  • AITI qualified or equivalent qualification such as ACA/CTA/ACCA/CPA.
  • UK tax, Irish tax, or corporate tax experience gained in a Commonwealth Jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a professional tax environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Currently operating at Manager Level within a Tax team with strong leadership and delegation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
