The Rehab Group is seeking a highly skilled Pyschological Therapist to join our team at National Learning Network in Dublin. The successful candidate will develop and implement psychological interventions that meet individual service-users' needs, providing holistic assessment and direct support and guidance to service-users and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing psychological assessments and interventions that meet individual service-users' needs
• Developing and implementing stepped care models, including inter-agency work and service delivery
• Designing and delivering training to staff to support good practice in mental health, education, rehabilitation, and other areas
• Providing regular consultation and guidance to staff to help them deliver high-quality support in line with best practice
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's or Doctorate level qualification in Psychology, recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland. Chartered membership (or eligibility) with the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society is also required. At least 3 years of work experience in the field of Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability is essential.
