
Psychometric Assessment Professional

As an Assessment Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality online psychometric assessment services and consulting projects.
This position requires a collaborative individual who can coordinate projects and uphold excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate online assessment projects using our cutting-edge platform.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to participants, clients, and consultants throughout projects.
- Maintain proactive communication and deliver timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage outsourced assessment and consulting services to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Manage data records within the assessment system, conducting regular quality checks and assisting with system enhancements.
- Deliver training and support to clients on our assessment system.
- Contribute to various administrative tasks, including quotations, invoices, and meticulous record-keeping.
In terms of qualifications and skills, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A minimum of Grade 12 with preferred subjects including Mathematics and Computer Science.
- A tertiary qualification and/or certification in Project Management would be advantageous.
Desirable experience includes:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in administration, finance, and/or IT.
- Familiarity with online processes and systems.
- Prior experience in project coordination and/or scheduling.

- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Additional requirements include:
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Afrikaans would be advantageous.
