Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, aligning with industry standards.
  • Plan and execute counter initiatives and targets.
  • Drive key promotional activities and report results.
  • Maintain stock levels and collaborate with Cosmetic Department Managers for efficient counter operations.

Requirements for This Position:

  • Be enthusiastic about skincare and beauty.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Hold qualifications in Beauty Therapy, such as ITEC or equivalent.
  • Have experience working in similar luxury beauty roles.
  • Be flexible and respectful of retail hours.
