Administrative Leadership Role

The Administrative Leader is a key position within our organization. This newly created role requires an experienced professional with a background in administration and senior-level support.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office services and facilities, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general office and facility-related matters.
  • Assist with employee events, training, onboarding, and exiting processes, promoting a positive company culture.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment fairs, showcasing its expertise and values.
  • Manage IT systems, software, and hardware, collaborating with external consultants to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee system application contract renewals, mobile phone contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Cover Company Secretary duties during annual leave.
  • Lead bespoke and one-off projects, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are upheld and assist teams during busy periods.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and administration tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role from a busy financial organization.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, driving results with minimal guidance.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience as a 'Practice Manager' is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Virtual Cabinet (Document Management System) is preferred.
