Professional Opportunity for Social Care Specialists

Care professionals are sought to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This role involves delivering person-centred care, promoting independence and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in social care or a relevant area is required.
  • Candidates must have a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles.
  • Experience of risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care is essential.
  • Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures is necessary.
  • Children's First guidelines and procedures should also be understood.
  • A full clean manual driving license is required.
