Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our care team as a Senior Care Professional.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service users receive the highest possible standards of care.

About the Role

The Senior Care Professional will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures. This includes participating in the assessment of individuals' needs and developing personalized care plans. The role also involves ensuring the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitoring progress and outcomes.

Purpose of the Role

To deliver high-quality care and support services that meet the needs of our service users. This includes taking the lead on shift when necessary and working autonomously with initiative. The Senior Care Professional will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care Provision: Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures.
  • Assessment and Planning: Assist in assessing the needs of individuals under care and develop personalized care plans.
  • Care Implementation: Ensure the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assist in training and orienting new care team members.
    • Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops for the team.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care plans, assessments, and other relevant records.
    • Monitor and ensure the completion of required documentation by team members.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care services provided.
    • Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
