Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced professional who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding support services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing residential services, a degree in Social Care or relevant qualification, and a Level 6 management qualification.

They should also possess a full driving license, access to their own transport, and a working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Senior Care Manager ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
  • Provide highest possible standards of support to those who use our service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing residential services.
  • Professional degree in Social Care or relevant qualification.
  • Level 6 management qualification.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
