Senior Care Manager

The Person In Charge is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring exceptional leadership and care management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Leads on shift when on duty in the service, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Participates in direct care, adhering to established care plans and protocols to ensure the highest standards of support are maintained.
- Assists in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to optimize client outcomes.
- Monitors progress and outcomes of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality enhancement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism and be able to ensure compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years in management or supervisory role in health or social care.
- Relevant degree (level 7) in Social or Health Care and level 6 Management qualification.
- Full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
This is a key role in our division, working autonomously and with initiative. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Autonomy and accountability are essential requirements for this position, with the successful candidate expected to make informed decisions and take responsibility for their actions.
