Experienced Butcher Wanted for Dublin Role

We are recruiting for an experienced butcher to join our team in Dublin. As a skilled meat cutter, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting carcasses or cuts of meat, determining butchering methods, and preparing meat according to customer orders and standards.
You will assist customers in selecting cuts, providing cooking advice, and answering questions about different types of meat. Maintaining high hygiene standards, proper storage, and handling of meat, and cleaning equipment and work areas regularly in compliance with health regulations is essential.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a butcher in a retail environment, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You must also have in-depth knowledge of HACCP and be flexible to work early mornings, occasional late evenings, and weekends.
