Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Butcher Team Leader to join our team in Dublin city centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our butcher shop and ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, managing stock levels, controlling costs and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced butchers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices for high-quality meats, cheeses and other products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a senior-level butcher or manager in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Fully qualified and experienced in fine butchery, with knowledge of various cuts and preparation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
