This role is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to develop their clinical expertise and leadership skills in paediatric wound care.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Health Care Provider's Advanced Practice Stakeholder Governance Group to develop the job description and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with the NMBI criteria for registration as a Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner (RANP).
Key Responsibilities- Develop clinical and leadership skills, competencies, and knowledge required to meet the RANP criteria.
- Undertake academic preparation to enable registration as a RANP with NMBI.
- Work collaboratively with the governance group to refine the cANP role and scope of practice.
- Registration in the Advanced Nurse Practitioner division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland Register or eligibility to register.
- Minimum 3 years' broad base of clinical experience relevant to the advanced field of practice in paediatric wound care.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
