Drive Business Growth as a Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key role that involves driving business growth and development. This position requires an individual with strong networking skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with day-to-day management and promotion of services
- Network in the business community to establish new relationships and partnerships
- Meet and exceed set out business targets by identifying new opportunities and developing effective strategies to achieve them
- Promote the organisation and become well known in the area through proactive networking and relationship building
- Organise and fill training and development events to enhance the skills of employees and improve overall business performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in the Education, Training or Community Enterprise sector
- At least 3 years' experience in a Business Development role with a proven track record of success
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to network effectively
- A relevant third-level qualification is desirable
- Full clean driving license is essential for travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Benefits
This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in South Dublin. It will involve some travel, but a full driver's license is essential.
