The Engineering Maintenance Technician will provide comprehensive engineering support to the production stream, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Deliver proactive maintenance to minimize downtime of plant equipment.
- Execute scheduled PPM activities for preventative maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies to ensure food safety and health and safety standards.
- Optimize the use of the maintenance management system (Holistech) for accurate stock inventory and work recording.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Full Driving License.
- Relevant multiskilled engineering experience/qualification.
- Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
Work Schedule Requirements:
- Able to work flexible shift rotation patterns.
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday.
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Nights).
- Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday (Nights).
