Multilingual Support Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multilingual Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across various languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and enforce client agreements by carefully reviewing reports of abuse on the site.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and community standards to provide informed support.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to improve the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with the global team to escalate issues outside of company policy.
  • Identify areas for improvement in workflows and propose solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with customers.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Consistent ability to hit KPIs on time.
  • Fluent language skills in multiple languages, with a near-native level of oral and written communication.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1).
