Exceptional opportunity for a Production Operations Manager to join our team in the West of Ireland. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in MES system management and configuration, specifically POMSnet.
Achieve success in this role by effectively managing recipes, worksheets, and process logic within the MES system, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to recipe execution and authoring.
- Build and update complex MES recipes, specifications, and workflows
- Conduct rigorous validations, risk assessments, and documentation processes
- Ensure seamless alignment between procedures and MES workflows
- Deliver comprehensive training and manage user access to the MES system
- Collaborate in MES governance and resolve system-related challenges
Necessary qualifications and experience for the position include:
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MES system configuration, ideally with POMSnet
- Deep understanding of MES interfaces and architecture
- Experience working in FDA/HPRA-regulated batch manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and pharma regulations
- Proficiency in IT systems; SAP (MM, PP, IM) is an asset
