Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new products and ensure a robust manufacturing process that consistently meets ergonomics, yield, and throughput requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on documentation setup for commercial builds, including GTINs, BOMs, OPs, and DHRs.
  • Support and coordinate production cell setup to meet MPS requirements.
  • Input on SAP ME introduction and implement relevant poke-yoke and mix-up mitigations.
  • Collaborate on equipment binders (EBs), EDST, IQ protocols, and PMs.
  • Support calibration activities and monitor yields, critical defects, LBM, and cycle time.
  • Work in partnership with extended Operations & Project Team (R&D, PD, Quality & RA).
  • Aid with equipment installation and manage Operations ME activity to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Support engineering builds and ensure process implementation with optimum First Time Quality (FTQ).

Requirements

  • Minimum level 7 Ordinary Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience required in manufacturing engineering operations support.
  • Agile MAP experience.
  • Experience in setting up GTINs & MATNRs.
  • Good understanding of MPS cell operations and systems.
  • Good interpersonal skills essential; must be a team player.
  • Experience with SAP ME desirable.
