Product Manufacturing Specialist
As a product manufacturing specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch of new products. This involves developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes that meet quality, efficiency, and ergonomics requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop documentation for commercial builds, including GTINs, BOMs, and OPs
- Coordinate production cell setup to meet MPS requirements
- Support the implementation of SAP ME
- Optimize processes to achieve first-time quality
- Implement poke-yoke and mix-up mitigations
- Collaborate on equipment binders, EDST, IQ protocols, and PMs
- Support calibration activities
- Monitor yields, critical defects, LBM, and cycle time
- Work with extended operations and project teams (R&D, PD, Quality, and RA)
- Aid in equipment installation
- Manage operations to ensure project timelines are met
- Support engineering builds
Requirements:
- Minimum level 7 ordinary bachelor's degree required in engineering or a related discipline
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Experience required in manufacturing engineering operations support
- Agile MAP experience
- Experience in setting up GTINs and MATNRs
- Good understanding of MPS cell operations and systems
- Good interpersonal skills are essential and must be a team player
- Experience with SAP ME is desirable
