Manufacturing Production Specialist

Job Overview:
This role involves leading go-live activities for new product introduction, focusing on documentation setup for commercial builds and ensuring manufacturing processes meet ergonomics, yield, and throughput requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Setup documentation for commercial builds (GTINs, BOMs, OPs, DHR).
- Coordinate production cell setup to MPS requirements.
- Provide inputs on SAP ME introduction.
- Ensure First Time Quality (FTQ) in implemented processes.
- Implement poke-yoke and mix-up mitigations.
- Collaborate on Equipment Binders (EBs), EDST, IQ protocols, and PMs.
- Support calibration activities.
- Monitor yields, critical defects, LBM & cycle time.
- Work with the Operations & Project Team (R&D, PD, Quality & RA).
- Aid equipment installation.
- Manage Operations ME activity to ensure project timelines are met.
- Support Engineering builds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2 years' experience in manufacturing engineering operations support.
- Agile MAP experience.
- Experience setting up GTINs & MATNRs.
- Good understanding of MPS cell operations and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
- SAP ME experience is a plus.
