Job Overview:
We seek a skilled Account Manager to join our team in a full-time and permanent capacity for a pharmaceutical environment in Sligo. The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full H&S responsibilities for all related activities and targets
- Full P&L responsibility for all activities and targets
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting on all expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget
- Developing an overarching strategy to self-deliver services, with a strong desire towards self-delivery of services
- Full operational responsibilities for all activities and targets
- Creating succession planning and growing teams to achieve their best potential
- A strong focus on customer-centric approach to delivering and delighting clients
- Managing the operational direction of outsourced resources
- Ensuring that all contracts are in place with subcontractors
- Adhering strictly to onsite operations while challenging status quo and suggesting alternatives via change control mechanisms
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining auditable records for all in-house and outsourced PPM activities
- Ensuring that all equipment is operational and functioning within defined parameters
- Formal reporting to clients and program teams
- Taking on ad-hoc projects/duties as deemed necessary by the client and/or Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a regulated facilities environment
- Excellent PC skills, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and project management
- Suitable experience in health and safety, and environmental issues
- Understanding of regulated facilities-related services
- Experience of working in cGMP & cGDP environments
- Excellent knowledge of soft and hard services
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering services, their design, operation, and maintenance
- Understanding of human resource management and being part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
