Job Summary:

This role oversees the entire quality system, internal manufacturing processes, and external partners to ensure high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and report on its performance to senior management.
  • Lead a team of Quality Technicians and Engineers in completing departmental activities and objectives efficiently.
  • Oversee quality system processes, including management reviews, quality reviews, and internal audits, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage suppliers effectively through regular audits, SCARs, performance monitoring, and quality agreements.
  • Validate manufacturing processes, manage customer complaints, oversee CAPA/NCR, lot release, and external audits.
  • Provide proactive QA support to Operations, driving quality, cost, and output targets.
  • Ensure effective communication with functional groups to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience with 4 years' industry-specific experience.
  • Proven knowledge of ISO and CFR regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent writing, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets efficiently.
  • Demonstrated organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles and methods.
