">We are seeking Accredited Counsellor/Therapists to join our team in primary care settings.
">Accredited Counsellor/Therapists will provide short-term counselling to medical card holders aged 18 years and over by accredited, professionally qualified Counsellor/Therapists and Psychologists under the governance of the HSE National Counselling Service.
">Successful applicants may also have an opportunity to provide trauma-informed counselling contracts to clients of the National Counselling Service for adult survivors of childhood trauma (depending on relevant, clinical experience).

- Providing short-term counselling in primary care settings">
- Working with clients aged 18 years and over">
- Collaborating with the HSE National Counselling Service">
- Delivering trauma-informed counselling contracts (dependent on experience)">
Requirements:

- A recognised Level 7 qualification in a relevant human science discipline or equivalent">
- Either 2a and 2b or 2c and 2d qualifications:">
- 2. (a) A degree or post-graduate qualification in counselling, or psychotherapy recognised by IACP or ICP">
- 2. (b) Full accredited membership with IACP or ICP">
- 2. (c) A post-graduate qualification in counselling psychology or clinical psychology recognised by PSI">
- 2. (d) Commenced registration process with PSI or fully registered with PSI's clinical or counselling psychology division">
- A minimum of two years relevant post-qualification experience (may not apply for full-time post-graduate qualifications)">
