Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

The post holder will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and devising treatment programs for individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of psychological services including assessment, review, program implementation, diagnostics, and therapy/counselling sessions
  • Promote and deliver services within the Company ethos and philosophy
  • Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing an integrated and coordinated service to our service users
  • Provide advice/support programs and training for staff, parents, and families
  • Maintain statistical records and input to service reports and other relevant reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology and have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience working in a service for individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.

You will also possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and judgement, as well as excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
