Deputy General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with a strong background in Food & Beverage and previous experience in a similar role.

About the Position

The Deputy General Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout all aspects of property, achieving targets with staff and management, and ensuring that operational costs are kept as low as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining operational standards and implementing company operating procedures.
  • Ensuring smooth running of all service standards, hygiene, and customer contact.
  • Carrying out random room checks and signing off on the Room Service checklist.
  • Interacting professionally with guests' complaints and implementing corrective action.
  • Communicating F&B details with all staff and discussing changes with relevant departments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficient spoken & written English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel experience and a strong background in Food & Beverage.
  • Ability to calmly lead their team.
