Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is critical to the success of our organisation. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates for various roles across the business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and marketing efforts using data and metrics.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
Requirements:

  • Strong research and sourcing skills, able to creatively engage passive candidates.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
