Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining employee records, preparing contracts of employment, and managing HR documents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare contracts of employment for new starters
  • Manage HR documents and maintain audit standards
  • Support the HR Business Partner team with absence management and reporting
  • Assist with payroll processing and verification of records
  • Represent HR at interdepartmental meetings as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a busy HR department
  • A relevant HR qualification and CIPD certification (or working towards)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
