We are seeking a senior financial professional to join our team as a Strategic Finance Partner.
About the Role- Lead financial support on key strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to unlock value and improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial outcomes and achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- A qualified accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Must have previous business partnering and budgeting experience, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop meaningful insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
The role is based in Dublin City Centre, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
