Identity and Access Management Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Identity and Access management engineering efforts.

We are seeking an exceptional professional with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communication and influencing capabilities to join our team of innovative professionals.

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities within IAM, including:

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven technology expertise in systems engineering, software development life cycle (analysis, design, execution) is essential.
  • Proficiency in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python, etc) is required.
  • Database administration and SQL skills are necessary for success.
  • Writing unit and integration tests for code developed is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Participating in design and code reviews is crucial for maintaining high-quality code.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication of dependencies and risks is vital.
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • Working independently as well as part of a small, focused global scrum team is necessary.
  • A self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results is ideal.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement.
  • Experience working within cybersecurity in large financial organizations is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale IAM systems is highly valued.
