Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in full Software development life cycle (analysis, design, and execution).
  • Provide technology expertise in troubleshooting applications built in Java, Autosys, SQL.
  • Contribute to incident, problem, change process handling and DevOps initiatives.
  • Develop and document knowledge base articles, SOPs, and RCA reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement large-scale IAM Systems.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and software development methodologies.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
