As a graduate civil engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Ireland's infrastructure. You will work on high-profile projects, from planning and design to on-site implementation, gaining hands-on experience that will fast-track your career.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a Third level degree qualification (level 7 or higher in the National Framework of Qualifications) in Civil Engineering. You should also be an adapter who can remain calm in new and changing situations, comfortably switching between dynamic tasks. Additionally, you must be a perseverer who stays composed in the face of setbacks, approaching challenges with confidence and determination. Collaboration skills are essential, as well as problem-solving abilities.
