Job Title:

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Job Description:
  • Assist veterinary surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures.
  • Monitor anaesthesia and provide post-operative care.
  • Carry out diagnostic tests and laboratory work.
  • Deliver nursing care and support to hospitalised patients.
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and general wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Run nurse clinics including suture removal, wound management, and weight clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional patient care and support to the veterinary team.
  2. Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (VCI registered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • A genuine passion for patient care and client education.
