Project Coordinator Role Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience in document control and be able to ensure all documents conform to established standards and procedures.
Duties:
- Document Control: Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
- Procedure Management: Preparing, operating and updating Document Control Procedures in line with the company's Document Management System.
- Access and Retrieval: Ensuring accessibility, traceability and accuracy of documents.
- Enquiry Handling: Effectively dealing with enquires from stakeholders.
- Construction Records: Compiling and maintaining construction records in good time, including but not limited to RFIs, Technical Submittals, Delivery Dockets, Labour Statistics and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Stationary and IT: Managing stationery orders and IT access requests.
- Administrative Tasks: Undertaking any administrative duties as necessitated by changing business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on a construction site in a similar role.
- Good time management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational & communication skills.
- Strong IT Skills.
