Project Coordinator Opportunity

About the Role:
A permanent position has arisen for a Project Coordinator to oversee the progression of internal works in Dublin 4, delivering high-quality projects for a leading contractor.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project progress aligns with plans by liaising with site management teams, clients, and design teams.
- Regular site walk-arounds will be conducted to review works against project plans.
- Progress reports will be submitted to senior management on project progress against programme of works and schedule.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a project coordination or management position.
- Strong sub-contractor management skills are essential.
- Effective people management skills are required.
- A degree-level education in a construction field is beneficial but not necessary.
