Lead Electrical Engineer sought to head up a team undertaking data centre projects in Belgium & Netherlands.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with the construction team to develop method statements and risk assessments for production activities;
  • Create reports and studies on capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off, and tender schedules;
  • Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and review returned tenders;
  • Maintain an up-to-date delivery schedule to manage deliveries effectively;
  • Clarify queries with the design team through the Request for Information (RFI) system;
  • Monitor progress against program timelines and issue regular progress reports;
  • Develop look ahead programs to assist production planning;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role;
  • Prior experience in Data Centre projects is highly beneficial;
  • Proficiency in some or all of the following software packages: security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment.
