Staff Nurses Needed for Social Inclusion

We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate staff nurses to fill two full-time positions in our social inclusion team based in South Dublin. The successful candidates will work alongside a General Practitioner in a busy practice, providing exceptional care to patients in need.
Position Details:
- Location: South Dublin
- Full-time roles with a flexible schedule that includes working Monday to Friday
- The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing continuity of care and be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week
- Department of Health rates apply
About the Role:
The role of the staff nurse in this position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the relevant professional body
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
