Job Summary:

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and optimize critical technologies for our compiler, quantization processes, ML workloads, and performance optimizations.

This role involves creating high-performance ML compilers using PyTorch and C++ tailored for Neural Processing Unit (NPU) architecture, designing and implementing advanced quantization techniques to improve model efficiency and accuracy, and optimizing ML workloads for deployment across diverse devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PyTorch and C++ programming, experience with ML workload analysis, compiler development, and quantization techniques, as well as familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or ONNX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance ML compilers for NPU architecture using PyTorch and C++.
  • Design and implement advanced quantization techniques to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Optimize ML workloads for deployment across diverse devices, ensuring top-tier performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with ML model deployment on hardware accelerators such as GPUs, TPUs, or NPUs.
