Senior Architect

Our team seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project documentation, including drawing sets and specifications.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff and design team members.
  • Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualification & RIAI Registered Architect.
  • Minimum 5+ years Exp.
  • Experience running projects.
  • Experience with Public works contracts beneficial.
  • Proficiency in all relevant design software.
