Key Data Strategist Role

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture framework that supports business objectives and enhances decision-making capabilities.

This position will ensure that data systems are structured efficiently to support organizational goals, improve the customer experience, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture Design:
    • Develop and maintain scalable data architecture and models that align with organizational objectives.
    • Design effective data flows and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into a unified environment.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and management of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
    • Monitor data storage systems and database performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Perform complex data analysis and reporting to support business initiatives, providing actionable insights based on data trends.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure data architecture aligns with business needs.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify data needs and communicate data strategy effectively.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Stay informed about the latest technologies and best practices in data architecture and analytics, recommending improvements accordingly.
    • Evaluate and implement data management tools to enhance organizational data capabilities.
  • Documentation and Standards:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, policies, and procedures to provide clarity and guide best practices.
    • Develop and enforce data management standards and best practices for data usage across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data architecture, database management, and data analytics, along with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

We offer flexible working arrangements and consider candidates who wish to work fully onsite, hybrid or remote. This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract.
