AI Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in refining the quality and accuracy of AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios.
Essential Responsibilities- Develop and assess question-answer pairs to improve Large Language Model (LLM) performance.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
- Conduct research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Establish and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to enhance processes and workflows.
- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
- Fluent in Slovak (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
- Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
