The Role

We are seeking a Customer Architect who will play a key leadership role within our implementation team. This individual will be responsible for delivering our product per customer requirements, driving architectural decisions, and best practices. They will also provide consultancy services to our customers as they use our product.

The Customer Architect will manage the customer solutions & system architecture, translating business requirements into system level design and detailed technical architecture documents. They will identify product enhancements required and actively inform product management of the business value. They will also work with our Operations team to analyse the performance of our systems in a production environment and evaluate enhancements to our product for performance and cost benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Take a leadership role within the implementation team to deliver our product per customer requirements, driving architectural decisions and best practices – delivering on budget and on time
  • Provide consultancy services to our customers as they use our product
  • Manage the customer solutions & system architecture
  • Translate business requirements into system level design and detailed technical architecture documents in a clear, professional manner
  • Identify product enhancements required and actively inform product management of the business value
  • Work with our Operations team to analyse the performance of our systems in a production environment and evaluate enhancements to our product for performance and cost benefits
